Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop product designs from concept through mass production, ensuring requirements, design/process/safety guidelines are met.
  • •Use 3D modeling and CAD to design new products and generate 2D drawings per mechanical drafting standards.
  • •Perform mechanical tolerance analysis and DFMEA.
  • •Set up and maintain bills of materials; support prototype/pilot builds.
  • •Conduct mechanical verification tests, write test reports, release mechanical prints and qualification reports, and compile content for user manuals/instruction sheets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
  • •1-3 years of working experience in a related field.
  • •Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Knowledge of material properties (sheet metal and plastic) and mechanical design fundamentals.
  • •Familiarity with assembly processes such as SMT, plastic ultrasonic welding, resistance welding, and low pressure molding; battery and power supply/charger design knowledge is a plus.
