Senior Mechanical Engineer

Design and develop batteries, chargers, and power supply components for two-way communication products, from concept through mass production. Prepare concept designs that meet requirements and safety guidelines, create 3D models and surface CAD designs, generate 2D drawings, and perform tolerance analysis and DFMEA. Support prototype/pilot builds, run mechanical verification tests, release mechanical prints and qualification reports, and contribute to user manuals and instruction sheets.
