Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic business development initiatives to identify, secure, and scale high-impact partnerships aligned with company objectives.
  • •Define and deliver joint business initiatives, product integrations, and co-marketing programs to expand market presence and accelerate product adoption.
  • •Develop long-term strategic frameworks for partner engagement, including capability alignment, solution co-development, and enterprise customer enablement.
  • •Act as primary liaison between executive leadership and partner counterparts, coordinating across product, marketing, sales, and technical teams.
  • •Negotiate and operationalize complex commercial agreements, monitor market/technology/competitive trends, and represent HP in alliance and vendor forums.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent executive experience strongly preferred.
  • •10+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel partnership leadership in the commercial technology sector.
  • •Proven success developing and managing partnerships with Tier-1 vendors such as Microsoft and Intel.
