Job Summary

Provide Flight Training Operations Support to AETC training squadrons by maintaining training documents, student records, and gradebooks for CTO approval. Set up and close out student gradebooks, prepare AETC Form 904 training summaries, and run syllabus compliance checks. Coordinate with scheduling and aviation resource management personnel to keep ARMS and related systems (TIMS/GTIMS/TMS, PEX) updated, and manage student/permanent party record folders per AFIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Create, update, review, and maintain documents, training records, and folders for approval by the squadron Chief Training Officer (CTO).
•Load students; set up student gradebooks and prepare them for closeout by the squadron CTO or designated Government representative.
•Prepare AETC Form 904 (Training Summary) for approval and perform gradebook checks for syllabus compliance.
•Interface with HARM/SARM personnel to update ARMS (or future equivalent systems) and ensure ARMS tasks are reflected in TIMS/GTIMS/TMS as needed.
•Create and update student/permanent party records and coordinate with Scheduling and the Wing/Group Deployment Manager to meet training and pre-deployment requirements.

Key Requirements

•Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
•At least two (2) years of experience working in a DoD operational flying unit (active duty, guard/reserve, contractor, or civilian).
•At least two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Ability to operate computer based training and integrated management systems (TIMS, GTIMS and/or PEX).
•Experience with SharePoint websites and communities of practice; Microsoft Access is highly desired.
