Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity/efficiency.
  • •Ensure customer engagement and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment while resolving client needs quickly.
  • •Partner with store leadership to analyze reports, support action plans for deficient areas, and highlight growth opportunities.
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives as needed.
