Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day procurement activities including requisitions, purchase orders, order fulfillment, and vendor coordination with OEMs and suppliers.
  • •Lead sourcing and quoting for PC and end-user computing equipment, optimizing price, quality, availability, and value while ensuring policy and commercial agreement compliance.
  • •Establish and manage hardware lifecycle roadmaps for health authorities and provincial environments, coordinating transitions, retirements, and maintenance of hardware standards and knowledge base articles.
  • •Own budget and financial management for hardware, monitoring forecasts, addressing variances, and analyzing cost impacts to provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • •Lead vendor and OEM relationship management through performance metrics and escalations, while coordinating weekly client and cross-functional meetings and producing procurement and lifecycle reporting and dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •8–12 years of progressive procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or supply chain experience, preferably in B2B indirect procurement.

  • •Experience with SAP Ariba and ServiceNow.
