Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models with emphasis on computer vision, graphics, or generative AI
  • •Manage and mentor a team of ML engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence
  • •Define and execute the ML strategy, identifying opportunities where AI can enhance product capabilities and user experience
  • •Collaborate with engineering, product, and creative teams to integrate AI solutions into production workflows and tools
  • •Provide technical oversight on model architecture, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in machine learning with strong expertise in computer vision, computational graphics, or generative AI
  • •Track record of delivering ML models into production environments, ideally in media, entertainment, or creative tech
  • •Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
  • •Familiarity with 3D graphics, rendering pipelines, or real-time engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Blender, Maya) is a plus
  • •Experience leading technical teams and collaborating across disciplines
