Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain IaC and policy-as-code to automate deployment, configuration, and security hardening of infrastructure.
  • •Define, implement, and monitor Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for critical services and manage error budgets.
  • •Identify and automate manual, repetitive tasks toelimination related to security patches, compliance checks, and infrastructure maintenance.
  • •Maintain and enhance DevSecOps tools integrated into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring robust logging, metrics, and tracing for incidents.
  • •Participate in on-call rotations and post-mortems, turning root causes into automated preventative actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep IaC expertise with Terraform or CloudFormation (AWS), or configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet.
  • •Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or managing large-scale internal/private cloud infrastructure.
  • •Practical experience defining, measuring, and reporting on SLOs/SLIs for critical services.
  • •Proven experience with modern observability platforms (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog, Splunk) for proactive issue identification.
  • •Strong understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, Firewalls, Proxies) and IAM practices.
