Seniority: Mid level

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own post-silicon bring-up, characterization, validation, and debug of PCIe, NVLink, C2C, and other HSIO interfaces from first power-on through production readiness.
  • •Close the hardest failures by driving root cause across protocol behavior, signal integrity, firmware and driver interactions, platform topology, and silicon marginalities.
  • •Define validation strategy by setting test coverage, debug priorities, margining methodology, and stress criteria for each program.
  • •Build AI-driven HSIO debug workflows, including automated debug triage and intelligent data pipelines to reduce cycle time and prevent issues before production.
  • •Ensure interoperability across the full ecosystem, including retimers, switches, accelerators, CPUs, GPUs, and sophisticated multi-device system topologies.
