Job Summary

Design, develop, deploy, and manage production-ready Industrial AI solutions across predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, diagnostics, corrosion prediction, and production/energy optimization. Own the end-to-end AI lifecycle—from architecture and model development to deployment, integration with industrial systems, monitoring, and continuous optimization using MLOps. Collaborate with domain experts, data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders while serving as an individual contributor and Industrial AI subject-matter expert.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Industrial AI applications and products across diverse industrial use cases and operational environments.
•Build AI/ML solutions for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, frontline diagnostics, corrosion prediction, production optimization, and energy optimization.
•Translate operational and business requirements into scalable, production-grade AI solutions and technical architectures.
•Create data pipelines, feature engineering processes, and model deployment frameworks; integrate AI solutions with industrial systems and enterprise platforms.
•Monitor model performance, manage model lifecycle, troubleshoot complex issues, and apply MLOps best practices to continuously optimize reliability and accuracy.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline (Master preferred).
•8–12 years of experience in software engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, or machine learning engineering.
•Experience developing and deploying Industrial AI solutions in industrial, manufacturing, energy, utilities, or other asset-intensive environments.
•Hands-on experience across the full AI solution lifecycle, from data acquisition and model development to deployment and operational monitoring.
•Experience delivering production-grade AI applications for industrial analytics and operational optimization use cases.
