Job Summary

Senior Scheduler to manage and align project schedules under NEC4, coordinating with client, contractor and stakeholders; develop sustainable scheduling processes, influence General Contractors and Trade Partners, and deliver regular schedule updates and reports to support decision-making on time and cost impacts.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensuring the schedule is aligned with the NEC4 contract requirements, including the works Information and any agreed secondary option
•Reviewing and accepting the contractor's programme, monitoring progress against the accepted programme, and assessing the time impact of compensation events
•Monitoring progress against the schedule and identifying any potential delays or issues
•Working with the Contractor to develop and maintain a realistic and achievable programme
•Working with the Cost Manager to evaluate and manage compensation events

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in construction management, or equivalent technical degree and/or minimum 10+ years’ experience
•Coordinate & organize multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports as required.
•Experience building critical path schedules from knowledge and first principles, interviewing and leading workshops with project resources; define and agree progress reporting approaches with contractors.
•Familiar with large capital programs, extensive pre-construction programming and scheduling experience managing complex, multi-group, multi-disciplinary development projects.
