Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and coordinate activities of distribution facilities, including operational procedures for verification, handling, and disposition of shipments.
  • •Review bills of lading and customer orders, verify order accuracy, and coordinate replenishment/storage of incoming merchandise.
  • •Communicate daily with cross-functional teams (outside carriers, plants, sales, finance) to ensure merchandise availability and resolve daily issues.
  • •Maintain facility cleanliness and follow safety, food safety, and site security processes, including reporting incidents and improvement recommendations.
  • •Print and manage bakery route orders, direct reclamation of damaged merchandise, and support productivity tracking and recordkeeping.
