Job Summary

Provide second-line networking managed services by monitoring client queues, resolving incidents/requests within SLA, and investigating errors to identify root causes. Maintain and update tickets, establish monitoring for client infrastructure, execute approved changes, and handle shift handovers and escalations. Support project work including disaster recovery testing, coordinate with automation teams, and coach L1/Service Desk teams. Independently handle Fortinet SD-WAN enterprise networks.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively monitor work queues and resolve incidents/requests within agreed SLAs.
•Investigate, analyze, and log issues/errors prior to or when they occur, capturing required information for resolution.
•Provide second level support, identify root cause, and escalate tickets as needed to CoE/management.
•Execute approved changes with risk identification and mitigation captured in change records; plan and execute maintenance activities.
•Establish monitoring for client infrastructure, produce incident/request trend analysis for automation opportunities, and support disaster recovery functions/tests as required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
•CCNP / NSE 3 or equivalent certification.
•Moderate level of relevant managed services experience.
•Moderate level knowledge in ticketing tools preferably ServiceNow.
•Ability to handle Fortinet SD-WAN enterprise network independently and work with enterprise networking components and routing protocols.
