Job Summary

Serve as a senior technical authority for Raytheon’s endpoint (Digital Workplace Services) strategy, partnering with enterprise Endpoint Technology teams to define requirements and approve technical changes. Coordinate endpoint updates and user experience improvements, manage User Acceptance Testing, and act as an escalation point for performance issues. Represent Raytheon on enterprise governance review boards and ensure solutions meet security, data protection, and regulatory compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Raytheon functional partners and Enterprise Services teams to identify, prioritize, and execute endpoint updates and initiatives.
•Advocate for end-users to ensure endpoint technologies meet needs and performance expectations.
•Represent Raytheon during Enterprise governance boards and serve as the official voice for Raytheon when approving enterprise-level changes.
•Establish and manage a User Acceptance Test community to ensure changes are thoroughly tested before broader rollout.
•Act as a technical evaluator and escalation point for users experiencing performance issues with their endpoint assets and ensure compliance alignment with security and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 7 years experience.
•Experience with Windows OS and endpoint management tools including Intune and SCCM.
•Experience with endpoint security and response tools including Microsoft Defender, plus patch and update management and software packaging/deployment.
•Experience evaluating hardware performance and identifying issues for correction.
•Experience in IT service delivery, particularly in endpoint management, digital workplace services, or end-user support.
