Job Summary

Own product strategy and execution for invoicing-led Account Receivable payment capabilities, spanning invoicing, payment collection, payer experience, and invoice-to-cash workflows. Translate market and client needs into requirements, roadmaps, and launch plans, and lead product lifecycle delivery in Agile with engineering and product owners. Partner across regulated payments, risk, operations, treasury, legal, compliance, sales, marketing, and client delivery to improve adoption, outcomes, and measurable performance via KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and delivery plans for Accounts Receivable payment capabilities across invoicing, payment collection, and payer experience.
•Translate market insights, client needs, and competitive findings into product requirements, MVP scope, and launch plans.
•Lead the product lifecycle from discovery through launch in partnership with Product Owners and engineering teams in an Agile environment.
•Analyze merchant, biller, business, and payer needs across invoice presentment, payment preferences, acceptance economics, settlement, reconciliation, reporting, exception handling, and workflows.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable client/customer/business outcomes and support go-to-market readiness, enablement, and adoption strategies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent experience) in business, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
•8+ years of product management experience for digital payments, B2B payments, Accounts Receivable, business invoicing, or financial technology products in an Agile environment.
•8+ years working with payment capabilities including B2B payment acceptance, invoice-based collections, card processing, ACH processing, virtual cards, payment networks, real-time payments, settlement, or reconciliation workflows.
•8+ years translating market opportunities and customer needs into product strategy, requirements, roadmaps, and launch plans.
•Experience using data, KPIs, and commercial analysis to prioritize roadmaps and measure product performance, with partnership experience in regulated payments environments.
