Corporate Counsel

Manage and streamline vendor agreement workflows and support commercial transactions by drafting and negotiating term sheets and definitive documentation. Partner cross-functionally with sales, business development, product, marketing, engineering, security, tax, and finance teams to ensure agreements align with internal policies. Handle the end-to-end deal process and coordinate budgets and external advisors for related projects, reporting to the Deputy General Counsel.
