Provide timely, accurate completion of client banking transactions while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Cross-train to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, online and mobile banking. Handle new account openings and problem resolution, maintain compliance with risk management and internal controls, and complete retail community bank leadership routines and training.
