Job Summary

Lead publishing production for one or more high-profile AAA projects within the Core Games Publishing team. Partner with Gearbox and internal publishing groups to drive milestone delivery, cross-functional alignment, and operational execution. Own project plan execution, manage schedules and stakeholder communication, mitigate risks, and uphold quality and player-focused outcomes across the full game lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to product strategy and execution by mapping game development features to player expectations and motivations.
•Support milestone planning and delivery by collaborating with development and publishing partners and balancing scope, schedule, and cost tradeoffs.
•Manage execution for defined features, workstreams, or products; advise leadership on risks and opportunities and coordinate mitigation strategies.
•Develop strong working relationships across studios and publishing peers to align disciplines and surface gaps or misalignments.
•Provide clear stakeholder communication through updates, decks, reports, and milestone documentation while maintaining a high bar for quality and player impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,900 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years of experience in game production, publishing production, product management, or related roles with exposure to full game lifecycles, including post-launch operations.
•Hands-on experience producing live service games or ongoing content.
•Comfort with distributed development across studios in different time zones or regions.
•Cross-functional experience working with development teams and internal publishing groups (e.g., Marketing, Commercial, QA, Research).
•Proven ability to manage schedules, deliverables, and communications across multiple teams and stakeholders.
