Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and coordinate the end-to-end billing workflow across all non-rail revenue streams, from setup through reconciliation to monthly billing.
  • •Maintain billing registers and supporting documentation and prepare monthly accruals and billing summary data for Management Accounts.
  • •Extract, validate, and analyse advertising impression data from Google Ad Manager and other platforms, reconciling campaign delivery, insertion orders, and invoiced amounts.
  • •Collaborate with Ad Operations to track campaign progress and ensure accurate billing of bespoke and international trading activity.
  • •Standardise billing inputs and workflows and partner with Billing, Credit, Accounts Receivable, and Finance Transformation to implement scalable, automated billing solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •A solid background in revenue operations, billing, finance operations, or a closely related field, with a strong track record of accuracy and ownership across financial processes.
  • •Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills across Commercial, Finance, and operational teams.
  • •Intermediate to strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, reconciliations, and data analysis.
  • •A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Ideally, experience with Google Ad Manager and familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM tool, plus exposure to billing automation or finance transformation work.
