Job Summary

Lead and supervise an application engineering team delivering customer solutions using Honeywell’s application platforms. Provide technical leadership, mentor and coach engineers, delegate tasks, and drive performance through reviews and development plans. Collaborate with GTAC and development partners to deliver timely solutions, promote best practices and continuous improvement, actively drive Knowledge Centered Support (KCS), and produce monthly reporting to support engineering operations.

•Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of Application Engineers working in Dynamo & Asset Performance Management applications.
•Delegate tasks to team members.
•Conduct performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and create development plans.
•Promote best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement within the team.
•Collaborate with GTAC and the Development team; drive Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) and provide monthly reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
•10–12+ years of experience with Honeywell Advanced Application such as Alarm Management and Asset Performance Management.
•2–4+ years leading or supervising technical teams.
•Hands-on, customer-facing engineering experience.
•Strong leadership, people-management, and communication skills, with customer-focused problem-solving.
