Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide ongoing support to the EESS Strategic Programs team by tracking project costs and validating cost estimates.
  • •Maintain project schedules and cost tracking with the project management team, including development/maintenance of project schedules.
  • •Create purchase requisitions and track ordering of materials and equipment; request subcontractor/vendor pricing and generate order summaries.
  • •Oversee submittal generation, document control, and warranty support, including WBS/cost milestones for revenue recognition projects.
  • •Interface across Eaton plants and services for solutions and price negotiation, including intercompany pricing support and support for equipment configuration/order entry.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 126,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in engineering, sales, project management, or field service related to electrical assemblies, electrical distribution, and/or power protection technology, or an Associate’s degree and 5 years of related experience.
  • •Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks simultaneously.
  • •Verbal and written communication skills, including communicating technical information to non-technical personnel and presenting to internal and external customers.
  • •Working knowledge of software packages relevant to the role’s performance, plus strong technical writing and documentation skills.
  • •Knowledge of corporate and business unit policies, along with ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
