Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure it maintains safe to drive condition.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safe and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Be able to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • •Walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours).
  • •Read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
