Job Summary

Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) customer engagements. Lead and coordinate account activities with internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring contractually agreed services are delivered on time while driving customer satisfaction, profitability, and service governance. Manage proactive delivery and reactive support, host status/governance meetings, and guide transformation and onboarding toward SAP cloud solutions, including reporting and commercial change requests.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the voice of the client and main contact/escalation point for ECS engagement questions and issues
•Manage and coordinate account activities with internal stakeholders and customers, building trusted advisor relationships
•Ensure contract adherence and timely processing of change requests to deliver best possible ECS service
•Lead proactive service plans and manage reactive support requests, including hosting status and governance meetings
•Drive digital transformation and onboarding toward SAP cloud solutions and oversee reporting, invoicing, and customer satisfaction responses

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in project management or SAP Operations
•5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
•5+ years of experience in service management capacity managing multiple clients
•Experience driving cloud transformation agenda with client stakeholders to enable S/4HANA adoption and cloud standardization
•Ability to manage end-to-end customer engagement, including commercial responsibility, customer reporting, and invoicing
