Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate all assigned heavy equipment safely and proficiently in accordance with company policies and directives.
  • •Clean and maintain equipment as scheduled and/or required.
  • •Advise branch leadership of any equipment maintenance and/or repair requirements.
  • •Assist with other duties assigned by management, including receiving materials, inventory, and order processing/fulfillment.
  • •Transport landscape supplies such as mulch, topsoil, soil amendments, and raw materials while minimizing risk of injury or property damage.

Key Requirements

  • •Operate equipment such as front-end loaders, skid steers, track loaders, articulating loaders, rubber tire wheel loaders, and/or excavators (strongly preferred).
  • •Be conversationally bilingual in English/Spanish.
  • •Know and follow proper safety and equipment maintenance protocols.
  • •Frequently lift 50 pounds or more and work in extreme weather conditions.
  • •Read and write to record daily logs and maintain daily equipment checklists; high school diploma or equivalent; must be 18+.
