Lead frontend development for integrated “one-click” workflows that power Title & Escrow, Insurance, Mortgage, and Home Warranty experiences. Drive legacy frontend migrations into the integrated platform without disruption, build secure integrations consuming internal APIs and third-party services, and implement complex UI business logic for multi-tenancy and state management. Set frontend standards through testing, accessibility, performance, and UI design reviews while partnering across backend teams when needed.

•Lead frontend development of seamless UI experiences for lead generation and order submission workflows for integrated homeownership services.
•Execute technical migrations of frontend workflows and components from legacy systems to the integrated platform with zero disruption.
•Partner with backend engineers to securely consume internal APIs and third-party partner integrations.
•Implement complex UI-tier business logic including multi-tenancy rules, form validations, and complex state management.
•Write testable, high-performance frontend code and lead accessibility- and performance-focused design reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,580 - 166,200 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software engineering experience with strong frontend development expertise using TypeScript and React.
•Deep expertise in frontend architecture, complex state management, and building scalable, reusable UI component libraries.
•Proven experience migrating legacy frontend applications to modern web architectures while maintaining seamless user experience.
•Strong knowledge of web performance optimization, accessibility (a11y), and cross-browser compatibility.
•Experience integrating frontend applications with backend microservices via gRPC, plus frontend testing with Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
