  • •Provide mechanical maintenance and asset care to support production performance.
  • •Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to the required standard.
  • •Use SAP and maintenance systems for reporting and data accuracy.
  • •Support continuous improvement, coach operators on autonomous maintenance, and participate in capital project activities and shift handovers.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed a recognised mechanical apprenticeship.
  • •Strong understanding of asset performance and maintenance philosophies.

  • •Able to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team.
  • •Comfortable challenging unsafe or non-standard behaviours; knowledge of QHSE/food safety is desirable.
