Job Summary

Join a key HR operations role within HR Services & Total Rewards in a leading Spain HR team. You’ll manage onboarding/offboarding, attendance, and benefits, act as first line responder for employee inquiries, support Ethics Point program compliance, and coordinate with payroll to ensure smooth HR operations for Aon Spain.

Key Responsibilities

•Be the point of contact for onboarding and off-boarding, employee changes, timekeeping and absences, and respond to employee questions on policies and procedures.
•Support the HR manager in Ethics Point compliance and provide administrative support for employee hires, system processes, and benefits administration.
•Coordinate with payroll and HRBPs to ensure accurate record keeping and timely processing of documentation (certificates, severance).
•Manage benefits administration, from enrollments to changes, and coordinate with external providers.
•Maintain and update the HR intranet and assist with internal audits and official surveys.

Key Requirements

•On-boarding and off-boarding of employees, changes of position, time and attendance, and absence management.
•Answering employee policy/procedure questions via HR inbox and contributing to Ethics Point program compliance.
•Administrative support for new hires and terminations, ensuring records and documentation (certificates, payoff) are accurate and compliant.
•Coordination with payroll and HRBP teams to report incidents and ensure proper payroll processing.
•Administration of benefits and coordination with providers, as well as maintaining the HR intranet and supporting audits.
