•Ensure material performance (quality and processability) for packaging lines by analyzing deviations with suppliers and packaging lines.
•Analyze packaging line stops to identify root causes and propose durable solutions.
•Raise supplier complaints and track corrective action plans.
•Lead a monthly HOSHIN review to drive continuous improvement.
•Eliminate losses using internal and supplier-focused continuous improvement tools and ensure follow-up of actions.
