  • •Partner with VSC’s Group Product Manager and Engineering Director to set and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • •Champion quality and user-centered design principles across what the team builds and ships.
  • •Manage and mentor a small team of designers, fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence in design practices.
  • •Design, prototype, and ship experiences that help users make smarter financial decisions.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally and with other Product Design Team Leads to elevate execution and improve the design process.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of experience in user experience design or a similar role, with a track record of impactful design solutions and team leadership.
