Job Summary

Lead the Visibility and Spend Control (VSC) product design team, partnering with product and engineering leadership to shape vision, strategy, and roadmap. Coach and mentor designers while staying hands-on to design, prototype, and ship user-centered experiences that help members make smarter financial decisions. Collaborate with Research, Design Systems, Data Analytics, and Product Design Ops to elevate design quality, improve the design process, and integrate emerging best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with VSC’s Group Product Manager and Engineering Director to set and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
•Champion quality and user-centered design principles across what the team builds and ships.
•Manage and mentor a small team of designers, fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence in design practices.
•Design, prototype, and ship experiences that help users make smarter financial decisions.
•Collaborate cross-functionally and with other Product Design Team Leads to elevate execution and improve the design process.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 8 years of experience in user experience design or a similar role, with a track record of impactful design solutions and team leadership.
•At least 2 years of experience in a role with design management responsibilities.
•Proficiency in Figma and using Claude and ChatGPT to improve process efficiency.
•Ability to lead initiatives end to end while mentoring other team members.
•Strong collaboration skills, including synthesizing feedback and driving projects forward despite differing opinions.
