Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure standards are met for staff uniforms, quality of service/food, timeliness, and guest relations.
  • •Conduct daily upbeat pre-shifts, informative pre-shifts, 100% table visits, and performance counseling for hourly staff.
  • •Schedule staff and manage shift operations, including voids/closing comps, liquor pulls, cutting staffing levels, and end-of-shift server/bar checks.
  • •Own cash handling and safety/sanitation: follow HOBE cash handling policy, fill change requests, and hold staff accountable to safety/cleanliness standards.
  • •Manage inventory and labor: enter liquor orders, monitor labor cost/overtime, support special events execution and accurate accounting close-outs.

Key Requirements

  • •TIPS and RAMP/Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent.
  • •3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant/live entertainment environment.
  • •Ability to work late hours.
  • •Working knowledge of restaurant and bar operations and entry-level knowledge of state, federal, and local liquor laws.
  • •Proficiency with restaurant/bar operations and computers (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), plus leadership and guest-relations skills.
