F & B Supervisor

Oversee food and beverage operations in a fast-paced venue, ensuring service quality, guest relations, and standards are consistently met. Lead daily pre-shifts, conduct table visits, manage staff performance, and maintain safety and sanitation compliance. Coordinate with special events to execute orders, monitor labor and overtime, handle liquor inventory and cash procedures, and support recruitment and training while driving revenue through improved service.
