Job Summary

Manage end-to-end testing for large software application programs, leading cross-functional quality initiatives across Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall environments. Serve as a technical expert for complex testing techniques, plan and execute quality audits, and drive process improvements through actionable findings tracked to closure. Mentor junior QA staff and optimize long-term corporate testing strategies, leveraging test automation and tooling such as Selenium, Java, API testing, SQL, Jira, and Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end testing for entire software application programs or major projects involving large development and QA teams.
•Mentor and guide less experienced QA staff on software testing concepts.
•Provide technical expertise and advisory support for complex testing techniques.
•Plan, facilitate, and conduct quality assurance audits.
•Analyze audit findings, recommend actions to improve product and service quality, track them to closure, and optimize long-term testing strategy effectiveness.

Key Requirements

•Typically 8–10 years of relevant experience in software quality assurance.
•Advanced knowledge of software testing methodologies across Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
•Advanced proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, including Selenium, Java, API testing (REST/SOAP), and SQL databases.
•Strong operational knowledge of project management and defect-tracking platforms such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
•Proficiency with software requirements gathering processes and lifecycle management tools.
