Job Summary

Own the roadmap for Payoneer’s Core AI Platform, translating strategy into requirements, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Define and deliver reusable, scalable, secure, and compliant platform capabilities spanning AI infrastructure, orchestration, governance, evaluation, responsible AI, APIs, and reusable services. Partner hands-on with Engineering, Data, Architecture, and Security to enable teams across Payoneer to ship trusted AI faster and safely at scale, while driving adoption and improved developer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the roadmap for one or more Core AI Platform areas.
•Translate ambiguous business and technical needs into clear requirements, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
•Define and deliver scalable, secure, compliant platform capabilities across AI infrastructure, orchestration, governance, evaluation, responsible AI, APIs, and reusable services.
•Partner hands-on with Engineering, Data, Security, and Architecture to make practical build, buy, partner, and integrate decisions in your domain.
•Lead AI-native solutions and drive adoption of the tools and services you build, turning early solutions into reusable patterns, templates, and components.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of Product Management experience with meaningful ownership of technical, platform, developer, AI, data, infrastructure, or enterprise products.
•Ability to define product requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans in highly technical environments.
•Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG, AI evaluation, governance, and AI platform architectures.
•Experience partnering hands-on with Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, Security, and Architecture teams.
•Demonstrated success driving adoption of platform capabilities across complex, cross-functional organizations.
