Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise daily workshop activities and ensure smooth workflow from vehicle reception through repair, inspection, and delivery.
  • •Allocate repair jobs to technicians based on skill level, workload, and job requirements, and monitor job progress to meet delivery times.
  • •Coordinate with Service Advisors, Parts, Warranty, and other relevant teams, supporting technical guidance and diagnosing complex repair cases.
  • •Ensure repairs follow manufacturer procedures and quality standards, conduct final inspections, and minimize repeat repairs, comebacks, and customer complaints.
  • •Maintain documentation, implement corrective actions for recurring issues, supervise and motivate technicians, and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5-8 years of relevant automotive workshop experience, preferably in a dealership or authorized service center.
  • •Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
  • •Ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and repair information.
  • •Good communication and interpersonal skills with leadership/team-management ability.
