Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify learning and development needs among supervisors and middle managers using feedback, observation, surveys, and stakeholder input.
  • •Research leadership development, adult learning, and soft-skills training best practices and translate them into practical content.
  • •Design training materials including presentations, facilitator guides, participant exercises, role plays, and case studies.
  • •Support and facilitate workshops and training sessions; build a Supervisor Development Program with clear learning objectives and sequencing.
  • •Coordinate training logistics and track effectiveness through participant feedback and learning indicators, then use findings to improve the program.

Key Requirements

  • •Current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Strong interest in Learning & Development, leadership development, organizational development, or Human Resources.
  • •Clear written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; working English proficiency is highly desirable.
  • •Comfort speaking in front of groups and willingness to develop facilitation skills.
  • •Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Google Slides, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva (or similar content-creation tools).
