Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the global sourcing strategy for PCB across programs and product lifecycles, including multi-year roadmaps, supplier diversification, and second-source risk mitigation.
  • •Lead supplier and escalation efforts to accelerate capacity ramps and site bring-ups for new product launches while proactively managing supply, geopolitical, and operational risks.
  • •Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations on supplier selection, design trade-offs, PCN approvals, demand planning, and inventory and cost alignment.
  • •Own category cost targets and cost-reduction initiatives, evaluate supplier investments and NRE with an ROI-driven mindset, and drive forecast/commitment/liability rigor.
  • •Build and lead a high-performing strategic sourcing team by setting goals, developing talent, and fostering accountability, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

Salary: USD 292,000 - 442,750 annually

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or procurement with deep expertise in the PCB industry and active/passive components
  • •8+ years of management experience
  • •Proven experience leading global suppliers and negotiating complex commercial agreements
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and supplier qualification for the PCB industry
  • •MBA or advanced technical degree (or equivalent experience)
