Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the AI narrative for strategic enterprise engagements, translating Zoommate platform capabilities into business outcomes for C-level, IT, and line-of-business stakeholders.
  • •Partner with UpMarket and Enterprise AEs to identify AI opportunities, run discovery sessions, lead technical demonstrations, and build joint account plans.
  • •Represent Zoom’s AI strategy at Executive Briefing Centers and industry events by leading sessions for strategic customers.
  • •Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Deployed Engineers to ensure POC success and reduce buyer risk while accelerating deal velocity.
  • •Build and distribute repeatable sales enablement assets such as talk tracks, competitive battle cards, and ROI frameworks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 319,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales and/or sales engineering experience, including at least 2 years in AI, search, or knowledge management solutions.
  • •Experience operating in an overlay or specialist sales motion with a track record of influencing deals across matrixed organizations.
  • •Executive presence, including leading C-suite conversations and Executive Briefing Center sessions at enterprise accounts.
  • •Ability to build pipeline collaboratively with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers across large, complex sales organizations.
  • •Ability to support customers and teammates in Central and Eastern time zones while based in New York.
