Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement strategies for fleet health enhancement in line with strategic goals and technical advancements.
  • •Ensure deployment readiness through readiness assessments, site and fleet performance evaluations, and best-practice implementation.
  • •Lead technical initiatives and diagnostic methodologies for predictive maintenance, upgrades, and safety/regulatory compliance.
  • •Analyze fleet performance data, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • •Build and lead the FD&R team; coordinate with product, ride-hail operations, and third-party vendors/partners to maximize vehicles in service.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in fleet maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field; AV experience preferred.

  • •Proven project management skills with successful execution; ability to triage work orders and manage vehicle flow among partners.
  • •Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and be located in Miami, FL to work onsite daily.
