Key Responsibilities

  • •Utilize manufacturing process experience to provide technical support and execute prototype and demonstrator builds.
  • •Work closely with engineers and engineering technicians to support daily process development.
  • •Support technology development by adhering to TRL and MRL toll gates.
  • •Coordinate with engineering groups, manufacturing/operations, facilities, supply chain, test labs, suppliers, and customers to ensure on-time, quality execution of materials & process deliverables.
  • •Ensure compliance with TRL, MRL, EHS, CMS, QMS, PPAP, and drive problem-solving initiatives and process/lean improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training).
