Key Responsibilities

  • •Position and anchor Allianz as preferred insurer on corporate broker panels, focusing on long-term partnerships.
  • •Translate the group’s strategy into a national approach for Non-Life corporate, including appetite management and capacity allocation.
  • •Provide high-level technical advisory on complex insurance solutions (industrial Property, Liability, Fleet, and multinational programs).
  • •Track national portfolio performance, including loss/prime ratios and hit-ratios per broker house, and report to the Sales Director.
  • •Identify market trends, competitive moves, and new placement opportunities to proactively strengthen Allianz’s market positioning.

  • •Strong established network in the Belgian corporate brokerage market and relevant decision-makers (placement teams, producers, risk managers).
  • •Full professional command of Dutch, French, and English.
