Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain ownership of production test activities and the production test flow, including hands-on troubleshooting of complex electrical issues.
  • •Sustain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream from system checkouts/acceptance testing to component-level validation.
  • •Improve and support existing test systems to increase automation, consistency, cycle time, and test coverage.
  • •Generate test work instructions for technicians in MES and train technicians on equipment use.
  • •Analyze test data, document results, and provide reports to identify defects, areas for improvement, and root causes with corrective actions (RCCA).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • •5+ years of relevant industry experience focused on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
  • •Experience with safety protocols for high-voltage systems (208V 3-phase, 480V).
  • •Familiarity with Python, LabVIEW and/or MATLAB for data parsing and visualization.
  • •Familiarity with electronics test equipment (e.g., power supplies, electronic loads, oscilloscope, function generators, spectrum analyzers) and strong root-cause analysis skills.
