Job Summary

Own strategic sourcing and procurement of maintenance, repair, and operating (MRO) supplies and outside services across a multi-site industrial enterprise. Partner with Maintenance, Operations, Reliability, and EHS teams to secure cost-effective, reliable materials and contractors that support plant uptime. Lead category strategy, supplier contracting and performance management, SKU/standardization efforts, sourcing events, and continuous improvement of procurement and req-to-PO cycle efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end sourcing and category management for MRO supplies and services, including spare parts, consumables, tools, PPE, repair services, calibration, and maintenance contractors.
•Develop and execute MRO category strategies to optimize total cost of ownership, service levels, and supply continuity.
•Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to deliver service, cost, and performance.
•Standardize specifications, rationalize SKUs and suppliers, and implement preferred supplier programs across sites.
•Monitor supplier performance, conduct reviews and audits, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and req-to-PO cycle efficiency.

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

•Professional procurement certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) preferred.
•Strong knowledge of MRO procurement, maintenance supply chains, and total cost of ownership concepts.
•Proficiency in ERP and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and experience with contract negotiation and supplier performance management.
