Job Summary

Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience and visual language of Glovo’s mobile app and website. Lead end-to-end design in a cross-functional team, mentor junior designers, contribute to the Design System, and drive user-centered solutions with Lean UX and Agile practices across mobile and desktop platforms.

•Facilitate workshops and distill complex requirements into concepts and prototypes, testing with end users to learn quickly.
•Develop design standards, documentation, and processes to raise the bar of design practices across the team.

•Strong advocacy for users with understanding of qualitative and quantitative data and how to use them.
•Collaborative, ego-free mindset with iterative approach prioritizing speed over perfection.
•Strong communication skills to facilitate design processes, brainstorm concepts, and articulate design reasoning.
