Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform lifecycle maintenance for the MPS system, including incident investigation and bug fixing.
  • •Support development of MPS software modules and related documentation updates.
  • •Modernize remaining legacy manpower planning tools (e.g., PDMS, SISO, AOD Booking Tool, Elektra).
  • •Maintain secure authentication and role-based access for MPS users.
  • •Implement and support integrations to exchange roster-related data across subsystems for seamless coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in ICT or relevant engineering; otherwise, at least 6 years professional ICT experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years as a full stack developer with full stack development experience.
  • •Strong client-side skills including JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and a web application framework.
  • •Strong server-side skills including Java and a server-side framework.
  • •At least 3 years experience with Angular/TypeScript, SQL with ORM (e.g., Hibernate), and automated testing with relevant tools (unit through end-to-end).
