Manufacturing Operator , 2nd Shift ( Onsite)

Operate and set up NC milling/grinding machines, vertical turret lathes, and VTCs to perform routine aerospace manufacturing production operations. Complete a 3-week training program followed by 4–8 weeks of on-the-job training to become a Certified Operator. Verify finished work to specifications with precision measuring instruments, perform total preventive maintenance (TPM), and collaborate with engineers, quality, and production teams to resolve machining issues.
