Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Capco and client stakeholders to identify and implement improved ways of working.
  • •Recommend areas for business change and support continuous improvement as changes develop.
  • •Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies to increase organizational agility.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams and 3rd parties to deliver change projects.
  • •Support change delivery from business case creation through User Acceptance Testing coordination, test planning, and execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services, specifically Wealth & Asset Management.
  • •Strong process mapping and process re-engineering experience, including customer journey analysis.
  • •Demonstrated change management delivery in project environments using different methodologies, including UAT coordination, test planning, and execution.
  • •Ability to gather structured requirements and produce functional specifications, including user stories, and run effective workshops with business users.
  • •Experience managing stakeholders (technical and non-technical) and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
