Vice President, Employee & Manager Experience

Design, deliver, and continuously improve the end-to-end employee and manager experience. Build an integrated organization spanning People Operations, Employee Experience, enablement, internal people communications, and program management to simplify and scale high-impact experiences across the employee lifecycle. Define strategy, metrics, service standards, and a manager support model, leveraging technology, automation, and AI to drive operational excellence and adoption while enabling People Business Partners to focus on strategic workforce priorities.
