Job Summary

Develop adhesive products and provide timely technical service support to auto/flex customers, partnering with the sales team and project development. Independently handle technical evaluations by designing programs and operating related facilities at ATC, including lab analysis and machine performance testing. Modify and optimize formulations to meet customer requirements, follow trial plans, and resolve production problems while identifying opportunities through technical consulting.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop suitable adhesive products to satisfy customer requirements in a timely manner.
•Provide technical service support to auto/flex customers with fast, quality responses.
•Work with the sales team to develop marketable, robust formulations and optimize products to meet customer requirements.
•Conduct systematic lab evaluation/analysis and independently perform machine evaluation of product performance.
•Follow and implement trial plans, improve/resolve customer production problems, and provide technical consulting to create business opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in organic or polymer-related fields (master preferred).
•Knowledge in chemical or polymer synthesis, including basic chemical synthesis technology.
•Over 6 years of chemical-related experience and 4 years of PU experience (preferred).
•Fluent English speaking and writing.
•Analytical/creative thinking and ability to use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
