  • •Lead complex supply chain processes for the EMEA Additive Manufacturing Business, focusing on demand planning for 3D Supplies products.
  • •Analyze availability, inventory, and cost metrics to support revenue plans and define signals for the 3D supplies factories.
  • •Run cross-functional regional and global planning teams to improve business processes and performance metrics, identifying opportunities to streamline operations.
  • •Compile key metrics and reports and perform demand/supply matching analysis using IT systems; support backlog management analysis.
  • •Maintain management dashboards and executive review documents, communicate guidelines to planning teams, and conduct operational training for new hires.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year degree in supply chain management, manufacturing engineering, operations management, business administration, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • •0–2 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
  • •Strong understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).
  • •Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and ATP.
  • •SAP S4 ERP knowledge/experience and capability with analytical tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
