Key Responsibilities

  • •Build core components for Document Intelligence to enable enterprise AI use cases, delivering standardized, robust, scalable solutions.
  • •Develop and maintain scalable APIs and integration services supporting AI products, workflows, and platform capabilities end-to-end.
  • •Perform architecture/design reviews and enforce engineering standards, coding practices, documentation, and QA.
  • •Provide hands-on engineering: API development, unit/integration testing, defect resolution, and collaboration on test cases and test data.
  • •Deploy and scale on GCP using Kubernetes, and ensure reliability through monitoring, load/performance testing, optimization, and incident response.

Key Requirements

  • •Act as a senior individual contributor with strong solution design and hands-on backend/platform coding experience, plus solid analytical and communication skills.
  • •Hold a university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • •Have 7+ years of IT experience (preferably enterprise application or platform development) and 4+ years hands-on proficiency in Java and Python.
  • •Have exposure to all stages of the SDLC and working knowledge of Agile methodology.
  • •Have experience with Docker and Kubernetes; micro-frontend architecture and LLM-related solutions are a strong advantage.
