Job Summary

Lead software requirement, solution, and system design initiatives to align with business objectives and technological advancements for medical imaging CT software. Own security requirements and compliance, including vulnerability scanning and threat modeling. Drive DFMEA integration and manage CAPA/complaint investigations using root-cause analysis. Set software development standards and introduce Harness Engineering practices for AI-augmented, governed SDLC delivery. Manage and mentor the team and advise senior leadership on investments and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Strategize software requirements, solutions, and system design initiatives aligned to business goals and technological advancements.
•Ensure regulatory and industry compliance through regular evaluations and risk mitigation.
•Collaborate with Product Managers and System Engineers to translate clinical and product needs into feasible requirements and logical designs.
•Integrate DFMEA into requirements/design to identify failure modes early and enforce risk controls.
•Act as CT software Security Owner, leading security requirements, vulnerability scanning, threat modeling, and cybersecurity compliance.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software engineering experience in Medical Devices or other safety-critical industries.
•Strong experience with software requirement and system design, translating clinical/user needs into technical specifications and robust system designs.
•Experience with Harness Engineering and AI-augmented software delivery (or agent-assisted workflows), including automated test generation, feedback loops, and governance controls.
•Experience leading CAPA investigations in regulated software environments, including root cause analysis, containment, and corrective/preventive action planning.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent.
