Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate meat cutting/packaging machines and other equipment to process meat products for consumers.

  • •Maintain a safe and efficient production line while meeting safety and quality standards.
  • •Work scheduled shifts and be available for overtime as production demands require.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 18 years of age.
  • •Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • •Perform tasks requiring continuous/repetitive movement and strong attention to detail.
  • •Be able to work in demanding environments (e.g., wet/humid, cold ~20–40°F and/or warm over 100°F, noisy) while wearing required PPE and safety gear.
  • •Work around animal blood/carcass parts; operate equipment as trained and may require certification to operate certain equipment.
